Our client had requirement of N2 Receiver for their P-63 Pappaterra project in Brazil. This was required urgently to meet the class requirement before commissioning the Boiler fuel gas system. Requirements were to have class approved N2 receiver with NR13 compliance for Brazil.Vessel was on its way to site & delivery time required 7 weeks.

PMC team took the challenge & worked closely with ABS to receive final approval of drawings/calculations in 2 weeks. Simultaneously preparation for material & valve procurement/ planning class inspection schedule was done to have seamless fabrication – inspection after approval. For final phase of inspection, pressure testing work was planned 24 x 7 with local stay of ABS surveyor we managed to airfreight receiver in 7 weeks.
